Technická analýza glykemického indexu při kontinuální snímání

Abstract

This thesis deals with the programming software that is used for technical analysis of the glycemic index of a continuous blood glucose sensing in MATLAB. The necessary data is obtained from 14 patients from the continuous glucose monitor made by MiniMed. The aim is to create software that allows to specify the type and value of the glycemic index. To determine the index is made on the basis of calculation for the area under the curve, which shows the blood glucoseconcentration dependence on time. The software also allows to calculate the maximum, minimum and mean blood glucose concentration and exceeding the specified limits will calculate the percentage and number of minutes of the measurement valueswere above or below the standard.
