Abstract

Migration in the Context of Economic Development of Czech Republic

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to discover if the migration influences the economic development of Czech Republic. The dissertation is structured into three chapters. In the first, theoretical part, the thesis deals with the theory of migration, basic terms, it´s causes and consequences. In second, empirical part, the impact on the economic development is explained, specificaly from the point of view of the labor market, human resources and remittances. A sectional conclusion is stated at the end of this chapter. The influence of the migration on the economic development of Czech Republic is depicted with the aid of the descriptive analysis in the last, third chapter. There is the age, educational and national structure of the czech migrates given, and subsequently their influence on the economic development of the country is discussed. The recommendations, which are determined based on the acomplished analysis, are stated here as well and they should lead to the improvement of the economic development of Czech Republic.
