Možnosti úpravy a zpracování odpadních vod s obsahem zinku z technologického procesu galvanoven

Abstract

This thesis in its theoretical part focuses on water as a substance and its chemical, physical and biological characteristics. There are detailed descriptions of all the processes occuring in drinking water purufication plants or waste water treatments plants. It also covers the topic of water starcity in developing countries and ways of simple water purification without building complicated water treatment plants. The second, experimental part of the thesis is focused on hydrochlorid acid regeneration at zinc-galanizing plant. The waste pickle liquor is currently being handled by an external waste-handling company while the galvanizing plant is left in need of buying new technical hydrochloride acid, while also paying for the waste treatment. The thesis focuses on picking specific technologies that show us new ways of solving this problem.
