Ekonomická analýza podniku Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace

Abstract

V této diplomové práci je představen podnik Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace. Je popsána struktura podniku, jeho činnosti, ale i oblast vodního hospodářství regionu a ČR. Cílem této práce je provést ekonomickou analýzu společnosti Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace. Pomocí finanční analýzy je v práci zhodnocena struktura majetku a zdroje jeho krytí, podniková aktiva, kvalitu a intenzitu jejich využívání, způsob jejich financování, výnosnost, likviditu a další ukazatele sestavené z účetních a finančních výkazů. Z oblasti managementu je použita SWOT analýza, která dokresluje ekonomickou situaci podniku. Specifickým cílem je pak prozkoumání možností pro čerpání dalších zdrojů v podobě dotací.

This thesis introduces the corporation Water supply and Sewerage of North Bohemia. The structure of the corporation, its activity and also an area of water resources management in the region and in the Czech Republic are being described and analyzed. The purpose of this thesis is to provide economical analysis of the corporation. This analysis focused on the structure of property and the sources of financial backing, corporate assets, quality and intensity their proper use, productivity, liquidity and another ratios extracted from accounting and financing statement. Another aspect that's been a focus is a SWOT analysis that evaluates the overall business position of the company. The main goal is to propose possibilities of financing from European and other funds.
