Objemová studie proluky na ulici Janáčkova v Moravské Ostravě

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh zástavby v proluce na ulici Janáčkova v Moravské Ostravě v rozsahu objemové studie. Práce předkládá dvě variantní řešení, z nichž jedno je rozpracované detailně. Varianta 1 řeší stavbu hotelu s restaurací, kongresovým sálem a vnitřním parkováním. Varianta 2 řeší stavbu polyfunkčního domu s restaurací, vnitřním parkováním a obytnou částí, a tato varianta byla vybrána k podrobnějšímu rozpracování. Kromě samotného návrhu stavebního objektu a jeho dispozičního uspořádání, které bude splňovat požadavky na bezbariérovost, je součástí práce řešení vyvolané statické dopravy a orientační propočet investičních nákladů. Práce je zpracována dle platných zákonů, norem a vyhlášek.

The subject of this thesis is the design of buildings for a gap on Janáčkova street in Ostrava, within the scope of volume studies. The work presents two alternatives, one of which is elaborated in detail. Option 1 addresses the construction of a hotel with a restaurant, conference hall, and indoor parking. Option 2 addresses the construction of a multifunctional building with a restaurant, indoor parking, and a residential area, and this option has been selected for more detailed elaboration. In addition to the proposal for the building and its layout, a part of this thesis is a solution for problems caused by static traffic, and an approximate calculation of investment costs. This thesis has been prepared in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
