Rozvoj lidského potenciálu středního odborného školství

Abstract

My bachelor work deals with the human potentional development, as you can see from the headline. Unlike many other similar studies, mine deals with this process in a non-profit organization - specialized high school in Ostrava - Kunčice. My work is devided into many parts, after introduction continues the theoretical chapter, in which I tried to outline this matter in the way of theory. In the next part I characterize the studied organization. Fourth chapter - practical one – contrencates on the analysis of the organization in the field of human potential development. I describe the methods I used and also the results of the survey. Next part in the connection with the previous chapter brings in my own suggestions for the management of the high school. In the last part I close up the whole study.
