The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop an operational – typological study, which is supplemented by the situation of adjacent areas. The area in question is located in the Moravian-Silesian region in the municipality of Trojanovice, which is in the district of Nový Jičín.

To prepare the study, a survey of the building and the surrounding area was first carried out. Passportization of the building had to be done, because there were no floor plans in the archive. The study is prepared in two variants, and one of them is elaborated in more detail, including solutions for transport and technical infrastructure. The aim of the study is to develop a suitable layout of the territory for investment apartments.
