Hodnocení spokojenosti pracovníků jako součást společensky odpovědného chování podniků

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the evaluation of the worker´s satisfaction as a part of the corporate social responsibility. In the first chapter I define the concept of the corporate social responsibility The second chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to the worker´s satisfaction and the evaluation. I deal with why and how to measure the worker´s satisfaction and which factors have an influence on it. In the third chapter I describe the steelmaking company TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY and I examine the current status of the process of the evaluation of the worker´s satisfaction. In the fourth chapter I describe the level of the the worker´s satisfaction as a part of the corporate social responsibility in Třinecké železárny. In the last chapter I appraise the results of the evaluation of the worker´s satisfaction in the company and I will suggest an improvement.
