Klasifikace a hodnocení možných rizik ve správním obvodu určené obce Třinec

Abstract

This thesis deals with the classification and assessment of potential risks within the county designated municipality Trinec. Are listed the possible sources of risk and characteristics of the territory. Based on these selected risks risk classification was performed by two methods. Thanks to the two different methods (REHRA and IAEA-TECDOC-727) used for risk assessment (stationary sources of risk in hazardous substances), we get an overview of the risk and the biggest selection of risk management for the district municipality designated Trinec. These results were plotted in the map outputs as the danger zone. The conclusion was made against the risks of existing documents for crisis management in the municipality for Trinec.
