Abstract

Název diplomové práce: Penzion Zadáním diplomové práce bylo vypracovat projekt pro provádění stavby, zařízení pro zdravotně technické instalace, ohřev TV pomocí alternativních zdrojů energie a vyřešit způsob likvidace odpadních vod. Technický návrh dvoupodlažního penzionu řeší bezbariérový přístup 1.NP, objekt splňuje tepelně technické požadavky – energetický štítek je klasifikační třídy A, třída energetické náročnosti budovy je B (úsporná). Ohřev TV je navržen na letní měsíc červenec bez přebytku energie. K ohřevu TV jsou použity komponenty solarního systému QUANTUM. Splašková voda se likviduje v biologické čistírně odpadních vod v komplexním systému ASIO. Dešťová voda je používána ke splachování WC a pisoárů v systému ASIO. V objektu je řešen návrh požárního vodovodu.

Dissertation title: The Pension The Dissertation submission was to draw the project of the building structure, sanitary installation, and alternative energy sources water heating and to resolve the way of waste water liquidation. Technical project of two-floored pension includes the free-barrier access in the second floor, building meets the thermal-technical requirements – technical label class A, building energy intensity class B (low cost). Water heating is projected for July without the energy excess. Components of the QUANTUM Solar System are used for the water heating. Waste water is liquidated in the biologic wastewater treatment plant, in the ASIO integrated system. Rainwater is used for WC and pissoirs splashing, in the ASIO system. Fire hydrant mains are projected in the building.
