Využití aplikace Safety Observer 3.0 pro zvýšení efektivity auditů v oblasti BOZP

Abstract

The bachelor thesis ''Use of Safety Observer 3.0 to increase the effectiveness of OSH audits'' deals with the issue of safety audits in the field of occupational safety and health (OSH) and their importance for effective safety management in a manufacturing company. The theoretical part defines OHS audit in the context of Czech legislation and standards, describes its course, types, factors affecting reliability and validity. The practical part introduces the Safety Observer 3.0 application for effective collection and evaluation of audit data and presents a specific manufacturing company where a pilot audit was conducted. It documents the progress and analyses the results of the audits of manufacturing and office premises, highlighting the potential of the application and the identified shortcomings in the approach to safety. Finally, it presents a tailor-made audit and evaluates the application's contribution to improving OSH.
