Aplikace metody FMEA na proces výroby pryžového dílu

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the application of the harmonized method FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to the production process of a rubber part. The main objective of this work was to create a harmonized FMEA for the rubber injection process for the company. The structure of the work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part deals with the history of FMEA and describes in detail the procedures used in the analysis of the harmonized FMEA method. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the production process of the selected rubber part in the company and the subsequent identification of possible defects, their causes and their potential consequences.
