Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the activity of The Office for the Protection of Competition in the area of the Energy sector. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts.
To achieve the determined aim it has been necessary to get acquired with competition by professional literature and legal regulations.
Practical part is focused on the activity of The Office for the Protection of Competition in energy sector. The aim has been achieved by analyzing the number of open cases and concrete sanctions determined in given field.
