Návrh znovuvyužití bronwnfieldu areálu Hospodářské školy v Klimkovicích

Abstract

The work focuses primarily on the proposal of re-use of the former School of Economics in Klimkovice. The diploma thesis consists of two parts, both theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with brownfields, defines the basic definitions and describes the categorization of brownfields. The practical part deals with the proposal of re-use of the Economic School. First of all, it describes the selected object in Klimkovice - its location, natural conditions, attractions in the surroundings and the current state of the building. Another point is a questionnaire survey to find out whether my design of the spa center would welcome residents. The main point is the framework proposal for the re-use of the Brownfield of the Economic School in Klimkovice. Last but not least, the budget and visualization of design of rooms and gardens in 3D design is created.
