Abstract

The thesis is divided into six chapters. Second and third chapter are a theoretical part, especially the definition and explanation of benchmarking as well as a brief explanation of the indicators. Also description of the company and the use of a description of the selected raw materials and stone for coarse and fine masonry. The following section is benchmarking process. Fifth charter follow on results and contains suggestions and recommendations. The last part is the conclusion, which is a summary of the thesis and its benefits.
