Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with transition of self-employed on limited liability company. The aim is to characterize the both of forms of business, describe ways of transition, compare the differences between self-employed and LLC and to calculate the impacts of transition of specific entrepreneur. The theoretical part is focused on basic features of both business forms, on specific ways of transition and on comparison of these companies from different perspectives. The practical part is about impacts of transition on the entrepreneur in different areas and then is recommendation, whether the change of business form realize or not.
