Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with creation of the Software System for a Flash Flood Risk Prediction for the territory of Czech Republic. Thesis comes out of the already created methodology for prediction for processing and then evaluating them for the follow-up work. Part of the thesis is focused on making of automatized system for preprocessing images. Main part of the thesis is to create scripts for QGIS and ArcGIS platforms and their comparison based on a functional aspect of both systems. Main goal is to create user-friendly script on both platforms for creating flash flood predictions.
