Příprava submikronových částic a nanočástic vybraných léčiv

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on preparation of submicron particles and nanoparticles of cimetidine. For the preparation three methods were used – ball milling, jet milling, supercritical fluid extraction. Supercritical fluid extraction was perfomed in the GAS mode. Particles were prepared under different condition – temperature, pressure, time. All the prepared samples were characterized with scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transform, x-ray difraction and particle size distribution. In the conlusion there will be comparison of obtained results.
