Zdroje financování nákupu zemědělské techniky

Abstract

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je na základě teoreticko-metodických východisek a analýzy zdrojů financování vybrat vhodný typ financování nákupu zemědělské techniky. Primárním cílem projektu je výměna vysoce energeticky náročného stroje využívaného v podniku za nový stroj, který bude splňovat technické parametry vedoucí ke snížení energetické náročnosti výroby. Data pro finanční analýzu podniku budou čerpána z výkazu zisku a ztráty, rozvahy a přehledu o peněžních tocích. K dosažení cíle práce budou využity metody finanční a strategické analýzy, konkrétně poměrové ukazatele a SWOT analýza. Dle vyhodnocení má sledovaný podnik spolu s dotační pomocí dostatečné vlastní finanční prostředky na realizaci celého projektu, současně také finanční analýza projektu svědčí o tom, že je projekt udržitelný.

The main topic of the bachelor's thesis is to select a suitable type of financing for the purchase of agricultural machinery on the basis of theoretical and methodological starting points and analysis of sources of financing. The primary goal of the project is to replace the highly energy-intensive machine used in the company with a new machine that will meet the technical parameters leading to a reduction in the energy intensity of production. The data for the company's financial analysis will be drawn from the profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. To achieve the goal of the work will be used methods of financial and strategic analysis, indicator ratios and SWOT analysis. Selected company, together with the grant aid, has enough own financial resources for the implementation of the entire project, at the same time the financial analysis of the project indicates that the project is sustainable.
