Motivace účastníků v systému síťového marketingu

Abstract

This Master thesis deals with motivating participants of the net marketing. The aim is to clear out how the net marketing works and how to motivate people in this system in order to achieve success. Theoretical part observes net marketing and motivation. Practical part contains analyses of results provided by marketing research. Based on the research, it is suggested how to motivate participants of the net marketing system.
