Problematika při stanovení kritérií hodnocení nabídek výběrového řízení v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis Problems in determining of criteria for evaluation of tender bids in an industrial undertaking is aimed at decision-making process in solution to contracts for small and medium companies. The first part presents the theory of decision-making and the fundamental terminology. Attention of this thesis is paid to essentially multicriteria decision making based on selected criteria, you can choose the most suitable option. Methods for determining weights of criteria and methods for selecting the most appropriate option are explained and described at this work. Model of decision for managing the procurement of small and medium sized companies, based on the theoretical background is proposed in this thesis. Functionality of this model is verified by solving the decision problem of a fictitious company.
