Analýza nákladů procesu odsíření polosuchou cestou a výroby stabilizátu pro rekultivaci odkaliště

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis is elabored cost analysis for semi – dry desulphurization process and landscape recultivation. Object of thesis is to determine the value of cost of these processes and the potential savings. There are presented proposals and measures for cost reduction. Desulphurization costs are presented by calculation form. Landscape recultivation costs are based on contract prices and quantity of produced substances. The most important cost of desulphurization process is direct material-calcium hydroxide.There is described effect of exhaust gases temperature on consumption of calcium hydroxide. Height of cost reduction is calculated from measured operating values.
