Postavení klienta na pojistném trhu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem pojistného trhu od dob minulých až po současnost a postavením klientů na pojistném trhu. V teoretické části se práce zabývá vývojem pojistného trhu, českými specifikami pojistného trhu v minulosti, jeho transformací, jako i členěním pojištění, které trh klientům nabízí, tak jako i způsoby zprostředkování pojištění klientům. Na základě praktických zkušeností je v práci porovnáno využívání způsobu zprostředkování a toto je dokladováno na statistice.

Thesis is deal with development of the insurance market since past to the present time and deal with clients´ possition in the market as well. Thesis´s teoretical part deal with development of insurance market, czech´s specifications of the insurance market in the past, transformation of the market and finally with division of insurance. These items are offered to clients, as well as many ways of insurance mediations (services) to potential clients. On the base of practical experiences is compared using of mediation (service´s ) ways in practice and this is statistically documented.
