Over this thesis I want to prove that simulation is a useful tool for improving the efficiency of business processes. In the theoretical part are basic concepts of Kaizen philosophy, process definition and simulation, simulation software Witness. The practical part is focused on achievement the goals, already was set at the beginning of the work, which is to simulate the manufacturing process of the company and monitor the workload of the worker's activities, subsequently introduce a proposal to improve the simulation.
