Abstract

This thesis deals with personal marketing of selected industrial company, which is mainly focused on customers of open-cast mines and the energy industry. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused of professional literature of personal marketing and analysis of the current state of personnel activities in the company, which is supplemented by a questionnaire survey among employees. The conclusion provides suggestions and recommendations based on the analysis of personal activities and questionnaire survey.
