Situačná analýza vybranej spoločnosti

Abstract

The main objective of the thesis is to identify the internal and external factors affecting the activity of business entities, and then to formulate recommendations for streamlining the economic activity of the analyzed company. The theoretical part of the work is focused on situational analysis of the characteristics of the General Auditorium, the identification of external and internal factors affecting economic activity of enterprises and characteristic methods applicable in the framework of the elaboration of the situational analysis in corporate practice. The practical part of the thesis is the application of methods of analysis for a particular company, or situational analysis of internal and external factors affecting economic activity and subsequent evaluation of the results of the conducted analysis of the companies selected. The contents of the last chapters are suggestions and recommendations for business practice, resulting from the theoretical basis of the realized work and situational analysis of the selected companies.
