Vyhodnocení možností financování vybraného fotbalového klubu

Abstract

Tato práce má za cíl vyhodnotit možnosti financování vybraného fotbalového klubu TJ Sokol Horní Bečva. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část je teoretická, kde došlo k vymezení všech důležitých pojmů, které se s celou prací pojí. Druhá, praktická část v sobě zahrnuje tři metody výzkumu použity k analýze klubu. Těmito metodami jsou rozhovor, dotazník a SWOT analýza. Pomocí těchto metod se mi podařilo zjistit veškeré potřebné informace k sestavení finanční analýzy klubu. Výsledky šetření jsou pozitivní, klub vhodně hospodaří se svými prostředky a ukončil minulou sezónu s kladným rozpočtem. Tato práce také obsahuje vlastní náměty a doporučení ke zlepšení chodu vybraného klubu.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financing possibilities of a selected football club TJ Sokol Horní Bečva. It is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical, where all important concepts related to the entire work were defined. The second, practical part includes three research methods used to analyze the club. These methods are interview, questionnaire and SWOT analysis.Using these methods, I managed to find out all the necessary information to compile a financial analysis of the club. The results of the investigation are positive, the club manages its funds appropriately and ended last season with a positive budget. This work also contains its own ideas and recommendations to improve the running of the selected club.
