Abstract
This thesis analyzes the inventory management at proOFFICE Ltd. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of logistics and inventory management. They presented different strategies and methods to improve inventory management and ordering systems. The practical part of the thesis draws from established theoretical framework and apply theoretical knowledge to practical examples in order to assess the current method of inventory management with suggestions for improvement.
