Regenerace sídliště v Jihlavě, ul. U hřbitova, Na slunci, Slavíčkova

Abstract

This thesis deals with of street Slavíčkova housing estate in Jihlava city. Based on analysis of the current state of the above mentioned boroughs wasprepared proposal of utilization of this area. The proposal itself is prepared as requested in one variation. Included draft is conceived to be realistic and available. It is designed in way, where proposed changes include mostly land owned by the municipality so no siginificant utilities relocation is needed. The draft contians modification of traffic problematic solution inside the housing estate. It means a dead end street transit enabling, traffic signs repacement and adding of new parking places. Consequently, a greenery is adapted to new traffic solution. New pathways are compliant to notice 398/2009 Sb, where there are new places for crossing. There are also new children´s playground, relaxation area and a mobiliar. From the utilities point, an expansion and replacement of current public lightning. Part of the thesis also deals with estimated cost of reconstruction. The goal of this work was to respect behaviour and needs of local citizens, who have chosen this place as their home.
