Aplikace pyrolýzních olejů ve flotaci

Abstract

Thesis is dealing with flotation surfactants research for the pit-coal flotation. Flotation is dealing with separation of smallest parts of pit-coal, which is originating by abrasive and braking up during the production and process. Practically is used for coking-coal only. Flotation surfactants based on pyrolisis oil are suveyed. Raw materials of surfactants are brown coal tar, coal, liquid organic phases and mixture of forage cake and bituminous slate. In experimental section are mentioned results of laboratory flotation tests. Main target is to find the optimal possibility for common using of classical flotation skimmers, which are for coal treatment economically demanding. Signification of reagents for the environment protection is very important too. For comparsion are used pyrolysis oils and Montanol 551. Montanol 551 is used in coal processing plants in Czech Republic and Poland.
