The main topic of this thesis is to develop a comprehensive solution and draft project documentation at the stage for construction implementation according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [1] in full. The project will deal with two main parts.
The first part will deal with the design of the architectural and construction solution of a two-story swimming pool building with a flat roof. The building will not have a basement.
The second part will deal with the complete design of the building from the point of view of the building environment and TZB. The central topic will be the design of heating, preparation of hot water for the pool and operation, forced ventilation of the building and a comprehensive design of the air-conditioning system. This part also deals with the thermal-technical properties of structures, the energy demand of the building and the economic evaluation of an alternative heat source.
