Abstract
This paper deals with using of selected technologies in logistics company Visteon - Autopal Ltd. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts of logistics, business logistics, production planning and control and logistics performance of selected technologies. The practical part includes a description of the company, internal logistics and management analysis of the internal material flow logistics technologies using Just In Time and Kanban. In the conclusion those two options are evaluated.
