Abstract
The aim of this diploma work is to judge the importance of evaluation of the companies and to propose the improvements of actual economical instruments for company evaluation. The diploma work also compares the practical usage of modern method EVA with the method DCF in a innominated company. At the end, the valuation of the results of company evaluation and the proposals for improvements are presented.
