Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dealing with suggestion and analysis of the capital project for streamlining of plant production stremheating in conditions of the production company. Theoretical part of bachelor thesis is being focused its attention to the main basic methods´ evaluation of the capital project and their description. The bachelor thesis is being devoted to the phases of investment project. Factors influencing of the investment decision are entire part of the thesis. Practical part of bachelor thesis is applying theoretical pieces of knowledge to the real experience of the investment project. Thesis is offering the particular investment references for follow-up decision about procesing to project or its stopping.
