Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on providing employee benefits and proposes a benefit system for a particular company. The theoretical part describes the main characteristics of employee benefits. It includes a brief history, forms and types of benefits considering tax perspective. The practical part is focused on the analysis of employee benefits in the company. It provides subsequent recommendations for a reorganization of the company’s remuneration system.
