Abstract
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the foreign trade of the Czech Republic, more specifically, trade relations with Russia for the period from 70 20th century to the present.
The first chapter describes the actual theory of foreign trade. For example, how differently they perceive the individual authors theory of foreign trade and how trade can rate calculated using the methods - the degree of openness of the economy or export performance. The second chapter describes the progress of Czech foreign trade since the establishment of the independent Czech Republic in 1993 to the present. The aim of the last chapter is analyzed in detail the development of trade relations between the Czech Republic and Russia. As their business relationships developed through the transformation of the Czech economy in the 90 20th century and over the Czech Republic's entry into the European Union in 2004. Trade between the Czech Republic and Russia, there is more dated from the 70th 20th century. The commodity structure of Czech-Russian trade during the period under almost constant. The most Czech exported commodities are machinery and traffic facilities and the most Russian export commodities to Czech republic are oil and natural gas.
