Vícekriteriální výběr hypotečních úvěrů v ČR

Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je Vícekriteriální výběr hypotečních úvěrů v ČR. Cílem práce je výběr hypotečních úvěrů dle zadaných parametrů pro konkrétní subjekty pomocí metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. V práci je stručně popsáno bankovní prostředí, charakteristika hypotečního úvěru a charakteristika vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Dále jsou blíže popsány vybrané metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant a metody stanovení vah kriterií. Součástí práce jsou dva příklady, v nichž jsou řešeny konkrétní rozhodovací problémy výběru hypotečního úvěru. První příklad je řešen metodou váženého součtu. Váhy kritérií jsou stanoveny metodou pořadí, Fullerovou metodou a bodovací metodou. Druhý příklad je řešen pomocí metody AHP. Váhy kritérií jsou stanoveny Saatyho metodou. U každého příkladu jsou následně vyhodnoceny výsledky.

The topic of the bachelor work is Multiple attribute decesion-making of mortgage credits in Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor work is a choice of mortgage credits by introduced characteristics for concrete subjects by multiple attribute decesion-making. There is in the work banking system described, charakteristic of mortgage credits and charakteristic of multi-criteria decision. In addition some of the metods of multiple attribute decesion-making and metods of determination of criteria´s weights are described. There are two specific examples, addressing specific problems of selection mortgage credits. The first one is solved by the Simple Additive Weighting metod. The weights of criteria are determinated by ranking method, Fuller´s parwise comparison method and scoring method. The second one is solved by the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The weights of criteria are determinated by the Saaty´s method. For each example, the results are interpreted and discussed.
