Návrh a realizace testovacího panelu pro testování ochranných terminálů (IED)

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to develop a testing panel equipped with the new multifunctional protection relays REX640 and REX615. The theoretical part describes the fundamental use of protection relays in terms of protection and control. It also explains the construction of digital protection systems with a focus on the components of modern protection devices. The theoretical section concludes with an introduction to both multifunctional protection relays, including the programming software, as well as the E3.series design tool used for the preparation of manufacturing documentation. The practical part focuses on creating the technical documentation of the testing panel for production purposes. It describes the specific type of multifunctional protection intended for the protection of electrical machines, as well as the complete wiring of all components. The second part covers the commissioning and testing of all sections of the testing panel, with focus on logical and protection functions.
