Analýza současného stavu podniku a návrh strategie rozvoje

Abstract

Diplomovou práci jsem zpracovala na téma: Analýza současného stavu podniku a návrh strategie rozvoje. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo analyzovat reálný podnik a na základě provedených analýz stanovit strategii rozvoje, kterou by se mohl podnik vydat. V teoretické části mé diplomové práce se snažím objasnit teoretická východiska týkající se strategie. V této části čerpám informace z odborné literatury a snažím se objasnit zejména ty oblasti, s nimiž dále pracuji v praktické části. V praktické části mé diplomové práce se snažím zanalyzovat podnik prostřednictvím analýzy makrookolí, mikrookolí, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. V této části čerpám informace z interních zdrojů dané společnosti, dále využívám informace, které jsou dostupné na internetu popřípadě využívám odbornou literaturu. Na základě SWOT analýzy navrhuji, jakými kroky by se společnost mohla vydat, aby došlo k jejímu rozvoji. Pro lepší přehlednost doplňuji diplomovou práci a obrázky, tabulky, schémata a grafy, které věcně prolínají jednotlivé kapitoly.

The theme of the thesis is dedicated to Analysis of the current state of business and a development strategy proposal. The aim of my thesis is to analyze a real business based on the analysis carried out to propose a strategy for development that can be applied to the business. In the theoretical part of my thesis I request to clarify the points for a good strategy. Information obtained in this part I have acquired from a professional literature focusing on points that address the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part of my thesis I attempt to analyze the business through micro-macroeconomic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. In this part I get information from internal business resources and information that is available on the internet or in different professional books. Based on the SWOT analysis I suggest the steps that a business would use to achieve a prosperous development. For better view and presentation of results in my thesis I frame a series of graphs, charts and diagrams that complete each chapter.
