Financování investičního projektu obce

Abstract

V diplomové práci se autor zabývá financováním vybrané investiční akce obce Libina. V první části je pozornost zaměřena na postavení obcí v České republice. Jsou definovány obce, dále jsou popsány jejich orgány, členění, rozpočty apod. V druhé části autor charakterizuje obec, jež je na realizaci projektu zainteresována. Je zde popsána její historie, poloha, demografický vývoj, občanská vybavenost, ekonomická aktivita v obci apod. Dále autor analyzuje hospodaření obce Libina za období 2007 až 2011. Rozebrány jsou jednotlivé druhy příjmů a výdajů dle rozpočtové skladby s důrazem na vystižení jejich variability a významu v rámci rozpočtu. Poslední tematická část je zaměřena na nalezení vhodného způsobu financování investiční akce obce Libina.

In this thesis the author discusses the financing of selected investment project of municipality Libina. The first part is focused on the status of municipalities in the Czech Republic. First, it defines municipalities. Then, it describes their authorities, classification, budgets, etc. In the second part, the author describes the municipality, which is interested in the project, covering its history, location, demographics, amenities, economic activity in the municipality, etc. Further the author analyzes economy of the municipality Libina for the period 2007 to 2011. He analyzes the various types of income and expenditure according to the budget structure with an emphasis on capturing the variability and importance in the budget. The last thematic section focuses on finding a suitable method of financing investment project of the municipality Libina.
