Abstract
The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the competitive analysis of a digital agency. The main goal of the thesis is to explore how agencies communicate at the beginning of a collaboration with new, smaller-scale clients. The mystery mailing method was used to obtain this information. A secondary goal of the thesis is to gather information about competitor agencies, their services, and their attitudes. In the concluding section, suggestions and recommendations are presented for digital agencies on how to approach smaller clients and communicate with them.
