Optimalizace materiálových toků v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of material flows in a selected company.The theoretical part briefly introduces the basic principles of logistics and methodologies used for analyzing production processes. The objective is to propose a more efficient production layout based on the evaluation of the current state. The existing layout and material flows are mapped using spaghetti diagrams, and the main constraints affecting efficiency are identified. Based on these findings, a new hall layout is proposed, and its benefits are evaluated by comparing material flows before and after the change.
