Nízkoteplotní příprava PCL/PVDF kompozitních materiálů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of a composite material based on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) / polycaprolactone (PCL) and the characterization of its phase and structural properties. Theoretical part is based on the literature review on properties of PVDF and PCL materials. It also deals with the properties of PVDF / PCL composite material and the influence of clay particles on the structure of the composite material thus prepared. The experimental part pays attention to preparation of base PVDF, PVDF modified by vermiculite in the amount of 1 wt% and 3 wt% and PCL. PVDF / PCL, PVDF_1V / PCL and PVDF_3V/PCL composite materials were prepared from these films by pressing at temperatures of 40 °C, 60 °C, 80 °C, 100 °C, 140 °C and 190 °C. These samples were than were characterized by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TGA).
