Příčiny vzniku vad u plynule odlévaných kruhových sochorů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami vzniku vad u plynule odlévaných kruhových sochorů. V první části je uvedena charakteristika plynulého odlévání oceli, odlévání kruhových sochorů na radiálním zařízení plynulého odlévání oceli (ZPO) a dále pak kritické parametry vedoucí ke vzniku vad při odlévání kruhových sochorů. Druhá část je věnována analýze soudobých poznatků z oblasti optimalizace procesu plynulého odlévání kruhových sochorů, především z pohledu minimalizace vzniku vad. V třetí závěrečné části se uvádí shrnutí literárních poznatků a případná doporučení.

This thesis deals with the causes of defects in continuously cast round billets. In the first part, the characteristics of continuous casting, casting of round billets at radial continuous casting machines and then critical parameters leading to the formation of defects in the casting round billet were done. The second part is devoted to the analysis of contemporary knowledge of the optimization process of continuous casting of round billets, especially in terms of minimization of defects formation. The third final section summarizes literature findings and any recommendations.
