Abstract

Bachelor thesis introduces the current state of employee care at Gumotex, a.s. using a survey. Based on the surfy results are suggested measures that could lead to an improvement of care for employees. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. Thetheoretical part is devoted to the care of employees, defining basic concepts regarding of care for employees and the kriteria through which mening can be the Employee care divided in general. The practical part evaluates care ofemployees, offered company benefits, job environment and the settings for Code of Business Ethics. On the base of the survey I evaluate the results of research and I recommend suggestions for improvements.
