Komparace dlouhodobého investičního produktu s doplňkovým penzijním spořením a výběr optimálního produktu

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the comparison of the Long-Term Investment Product and Supplementary Pension Savings using multi-criteria analysis. The aim of the thesis is to determine the most suitable variant of the selected investment product for two model clients based on the selected criteria and the application of decision-making methods. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the characteristics of investing, investment strategies, risks, and a detailed description of these products. The methodology of multi-criteria analysis includes a description of the methods of determining preferences and methods of selecting the optimal variant. The practical part defines the evaluation criteria with their determined weights, the selected options and the calculation using AHP and weighted sum methods. The results of each method were then compared and evaluated. Based on the analyses, the most suitable option was recommended to each client.
