Rozbor hospodaření stavební firmy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je rozbor hospodaření konkrétní firmy pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy, následné vyhodnocení výsledků a navržení případných řešení pro zlepšení finanční situace podniku. Celá bakalářská práce je rozdělena do pěti části. V úvodu je popsána samotná podstata a význam finanční analýzy. Druhá část je zaměřena na objasnění teoretického základu finanční analýzy a metod, které jsou využity k následnému rozboru finanční situace vybraného podniku. Ve třetí části jsou metody a ukazatele popsané ve druhé části aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. Ve čtvrté části je provedeno vyhodnocení a porovnání výsledků a vypracován návrh doporučení. V páté části bakalářské práce je nastíněn přínos práce pro analyzovaný podnik.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a management analysis of a selected company using specific indicators of the financial analysis, subsequent evaluation of the results and suggesting possible solutions for the improvement of the financial situation of the company. The whole thesis is divided into five parts. The introduction describes the foundation and the meaning of the financial analysis itself. The second part is focused on the clarification of the theoretical foundation of the financial analysis and the methods used for the following analysis of the financial situation of the selected company. The third part applies the methods and indicators, described in the previous part, to the specific company. The fourth part accomplishes the evaluation and comparison of the results and a suggested recommendations are evolved. The fifth part outlines the contribution of the thesis to the company.
