Zhodnocení vlivu dopravy na celkové kvalitě ovzduší v Ostravě-Radvanicích

Abstract

This thesis analyzes evaluation of impact of transport on the overall air quality in municipal district Radvanice and Bartovice. Theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the air in Europe, Czech Republic, Ostrava and areas of interest - Radvanice and Bartovice. Said areas are regularly evaluated as areas with poor air quality. Main effect on this condition is particularly attributed to the large polluter, which is partially located in both areas. Practical part is meant to asses what portion of current state of air quality in these areas is caused by transport and these informations are supported by personal research and calculations of emissions from transport.To achieve this objective, emissions were calculated from three main roads in these areas and then compared with data from air pollution monitoring, which is provided by air pollution stations TORE. Within my own analysis, emissions from transport, said large polluter and households were compared.The comparison was made for the winter and summer seasons. Results from emission and imission analysis states that dominant polluter is large company and transport in these areas has no major impact on overall air quality.
