Abstract
Bachelor thesis Draft Criteria and Methods of Evaluation of Tenders in the Industrial Company is aimed to possibilities of purchasing department in vendor rating. This thesis attend to instrument for selection of good suppliers in the industrial company. It succesively analyses and show instruments weak side. Also analyses usability this instruments and criteria in practice.
