Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis deals with marketing communication of the Blood Centre -University Hospital Ostrava. The target is to propose how to effect the current marketing communication of this Blood Centre. Firstly I focused on characteristics of the Blood Centre and blood donation. In theoretic section is description of marketing communication. In the practical part I have done marketing research, this section also includes analyse of the current communication mix of the Blood Centre. Outcome of the thesis are recommendations, including concrete proposals and suitable tools of marketing communication.
